People… Passion… and Security… make us a carrier of choice for drivers who are safety conscious, willing to learn and grow, and enjoy working in a respectful and professional environment.

People

The most owner operators to join our team enjoy working in a respectful, highly efficient and professional environment. The ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a solutions based team are essential. Our people are safety conscious, hard working, flexible, and are interested in finding and working with a progressive industry leading company for the long term. Our driver turnover is very low because people are an important part of our team and we take great strides to ensure that we are hiring the right people for the work and for the culture of our company.

Our passion for excellence in customer service and employee relations has resulted in unparalleled customer satisfaction and excellence in the areas of health and safety, recruiting, and driver retention. Kleysen Group is committed to providing ongoing training and development for all members of our team and we are passionate about ensuring that every team member makes it home safely at the end of their shift. Our drivers are passionate about continual improvement, professional development, and insist on working in a safe and healthy environment.
